LVMS announces penalties for NASCAR Super Late Model driverTuesday, August 9, 2005
NASCAR Super Late Model driver Rich Attisani has been fined $250 and suspended from the Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway until Aug. 19.
Attisani's fine and suspension are a result of incident that occurred during the NASCAR Super Late Model feature event Saturday night at the Bullring.
Attisani was penalized for violating Rule 6-1.3 "LVMS will not tolerate profanity, discourteous gestures or behavior deemed detrimental to the betterment of the sport" and 6-1.3 3 "Intentional car to car contact with another competitor under caution or after the completion of an event," in the 2005 Bullring Rule Book.
