The first 400 fans through the spectator gate and the first 100 fans at the Stockyard will receive a small American flag at The Orleans 222 NASCAR Grand National Division, Winston West Series Saturday at the Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. In addition, local 15-year-old Ali Royer will perform God Bless America and the National Anthem. LVMS officials asked Royer to perform at this special event after a remarkable performance at a Support the Troops rally in Summerlin and a live performance on KMXB-FM Mix 94.1 last month. ¿Ali¿s rendition of God Bless America is truly inspirational,¿ said Andy Adamcik, LVMS¿ manager of short track racing. ¿At this time in America's history, her version brings the sense of patriotism in everyone to the forefront. We are excited and honored to have Ali perform both God Bless America and the National Anthem at our premiere short track event.¿ Royer performed at the variety show at the Venetian Resort Hotel and Casino for the past 10 days. ARCA Trucks and Thunder Roadsters will accompany the NASCAR Grand National Division, Winston West Series for The Orleans 222. Spectator gates open at 4 p.m. A driver autograph session including Royer is set for 5:30 p.m. with main events beginning at 6:45 p.m. Royer will perform God Bless America prior to the Thunder Roadster main event at 6:40 p.m. and the National Anthem prior to the NASCAR race at 7:50 p.m. General admission prices are $19 for adults, $15 senior citizens/ military personnel and $10 for children ages 6-12. Children five and under are free.
