Race fans will have the opportunity to meet and greet drivers in eight divisions as part of The Orleans NASCAR Dodge Weekly Series at the Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway Saturday night. Fans can take a walk on the front stretch of the 3/8-mile-paved oval to visit with their favorite drivers from 6:30 p.m. to 7:10. An autograph page is set aside in the souvenir program, which can be purchased for $2 under the grandstands. This is the last scheduled on-track autograph session for the 2003 regular season. Super Late Models, Stewart Motorsports IMCA Modifieds, Late Models, Chargers, Legends Cars, Thunder Roadsters presented by Tri-State Petroleum and VP Racing Fuels, Bandolero Cars and 7-Eleven Bullring Bombers are on the racing card. Chuck Trickle remains the points leader in the Super Late Model division after twin mains last week. He leads Scott Gafforini by 18 points. Former NFL place-kicker Mike Cofer is in third just three points ahead of rookie Spencer Clark. Larry Gerchman took the lead in the Stewart Motorsports IMCA Modified division after a third-place finish last week. He leads former leader Ken Kulikowski by a mere three points. Chargers and Late Models return to the Bullring after a one-week break in race action. Charger driver Doug Matter has an 18-point lead over Tom Youmans, while Glen Burke holds a 29-point lead over Travis Swalwell in the Late Model division. Spectator gates open at 6:00 p.m. with qualifying set for 5:45 and racing at 7:15. General admission is $10 for adults, $8 for senior citizens/military personnel and $3 for children ages 6-12. Children five and under are free.
