A trio of top-three finishes has five-time and defending NASCAR Super Late Model champion Scott Gafforini atop the points list through two weekends of racing at The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Gafforini, of Las Vegas, has finished second, first and third in the first three NASCAR Super Late Model races this season and leads the way with 148 points. Barry Karr of Calimesa, Calif., is second with 138 after finishing second and first in the division's twin 35-lap features on April 4.

Reigning class champion Jason Irwin has won both Grand American Modifieds races so far in 2015 and leads Vinny Raucci Jr. 109-105 in that division, while two-time Pro Legends winner Peyton Saxton - who is second nationally in USLCI Legends points - holds a 54-point advantage over Nick Halen, 150-96. R.J. Smotherman has swept the USLCI O'Hanley's Bandolero Bandits races this season and leads the points standings with 150 points, 12 ahead of Austin Edwards, and Ian Anderson leads the USLCI Thunder Car division with 100 points after winning both races on opening weekend.

Phil Goodwin holds a four-point lead over Jason Kiser in the NASCAR Super Stocks, 107-103, Aaron McMorran is two points ahead of Court Connell, 107-105, in the NASCAR Bombers class and Kyle Jacks is four points ahead of Mason Sargent and Philip Root with 142 points in the USLCI O'Hanley's Bandolero Outlaws standings. Other points leaders are: Robert Gayton (USLCI Legends - Master), Devin Lane (USLCI Legends - Semi-Pro) and Cameron Morga (USLCI Legends - Young Lions).

NASCAR Whelen All-American Series racing resumes Saturday, April 18, with the North American Big Rig Racing season opener, as well as NASCAR Super Stocks, Bombers and Grand American Modifieds, USLCI Thunder Cars, Legend Cars and O'Hanley's Bandoleros taking to the 3/8-mile paved oval.
