Battles for season points championships at The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway are tight heading into 2015's penultimate race night on Saturday.

Points are crucial as the season is coming to a close, and this week's Keith Danser Kids Candy Toss Night is one of just two more chances for drivers to add to their 2015 totals. The season will conclude with the crowning of division champions on Saturday, Sept. 26, at Zero Teen Fatalities presents Clark County School District Night.

Aaron McMorran leads Martin Sullins by just eight points (473-465) in the NASCAR Bombers division after the 3/8-mile track's back-to-back races over Labor Day weekend, and Michael Greve (460 points) and Court Connell (453) are also within striking distance heading into the final two races of the season. The Bombers are not the only class with a nip-and-tuck fight atop the standings.

Jason Irwin holds an 11-point advantage, 404-393, over Doug Hamm in the NASCAR Grand American Modifieds division, while Michael Todd Glazier leads Randy Beddow 564-554 in the USLCI Legends-Master class and Devin Lane is 14 points ahead of Brian Williams (522-508) in the USLCI Legends-Semi-Pro division.

Some other divisions have drivers who control their own destiny, including Jason Kiser, who stands 23 points clear of Matt Larsen in the NASCAR Super Stocks class. Five-time track champion Scott Gafforini's 494-point total is 31 more than Dennis Rock Jr. in the NASCAR Super Late Models class, while Kyle Jacks used a pair of victories over the weekend to extend his lead over Philip Root to 624-598 in the USLCI O'Hanley's Bandolero Outlaws class.

In addition, Peyton Saxton has a commanding 448-276 lead over Bryan Grandin in the USLCI Legends-Pro division, Cameron Morga leads Caden Carlin 590-558 in the USLCI Legends-Young Lions class, Ian Anderson holds a 500-450 cushion over Travis Boyle in the USLCI Thunder Cars standings and R.J. Smotherman leads Ethan Deguevara 638-590 in the USLCI O'Hanley's Bandolero Bandits class.

The Sept. 12 schedule will include NASCAR Super Late Models, Bombers and Super Stocks, as well as USLCI Legend Cars, Thunder Cars and O'Hanley's Bandoleros. In addition, fans can experience the excitement that is skid-plate racing thanks to a special 10-lap feature that will anchor the night's races.

One of the most affordable entertainment options in Las Vegas, the Bullring's annual series will feature family friendly concession prices that include $2 hot dogs and Coca-Cola products and $3 Budweiser beer. Spectators can also save money by purchasing admission tickets in advance by visiting or calling the LVMS ticket office at 702.644.4444 or online at LVMS.com.
