The Outdoor Channel will televise the O¿Reilly World of Outlaws Las Vegas Finals at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The event will be held Oct. 31 and Nov. 1, but the broadcast will be tape-delayed. The Outdoor Channel is scheduled to televise the premier sprint-car series full-time in 2004, but will televise two remaining races this year including the Texas Showdown this weekend at Texas Motor Speedway and the season finale at Las Vegas. The broadcast will be shown Nov. 19 at 8 p.m. Pacific Time. Covering the O¿Reilly World of Outlaws for the Outdoor Channel broadcast are former sprint car driver Brad Doty and Art Eckman. Doty is an inactive driver, who has competed in several sprint-car series including the World of Outlaws, while Eckman covers many AMA Pro Racing events. The 2003 series champion will be crowned at LVMS. Two drivers are expected to battle head-to-head for the title -- 17-time champion Steve Kinser and Danny Lasoski.
