Lasoski dominated Outlaws field at Las Vegas Finals

Friday night may have been Steve Kinser¿s night to officially clinch his 18th O¿Reilly World of Outlaws title, but it was Danny ¿The Dude¿ Lasoski who stole the show.

Lasoski won his heat, his dash and led every circuit of the 25-lap A-Feature to post a convincing victory in Friday night¿s Las Vegas Finals at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

¿This car was just a rocket ship,¿ Lasoski said. ¿As soon as we hit the track with it tonight, I knew we had a great car. I know the championship chase is over, but we¿ve got a great team too.¿

Lasoski will likely finish second in the season standings once the O¿Reilly World of Outlaws concludes its season Saturday night at LVMS. Kinser clinched the championship after he made his first qualifying attempt on Friday night.

¿It feels great to win the championship,¿ Kinser said. ¿Now we need to go out and finish this thing in style.¿

Kinser will have his work cut out to beat Lasoski. The Dover, Mo., driver was never challenged in the A-feature easily holding off second-place finisher Sammy Swindell. Kinser, Terry McCarl and Johnny Herrera rounded out the top 10.

Here is the complete order of finish from Friday¿s A-feature:
