Rain delayed, interrupted and finally caused postponement of Saturday's bracket racing action at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.  Saturday's program was the second of the three-day inaugural Wild, Wild West Thanksgiving Classic.  Racing was delayed due to rain in the morning and was interrupted several times throughout the day.  When it began to rain again in the late afternoon, track officials decided to see if they could complete the show.  Facing the threat of additional precipitation -- coupled with temperatures dipping into the 40s -- officials postponed the event at 6 p.m. after two rounds of Super Pro and Pro competition had been completed.
Saturday's show will be completed on Sunday morning, followed by Sunday's entire program.  Saturday and Sunday's Jerry's Nugget Casino Run for the Money -- with additional sponsorship from Jerry Mock and Write-On Window Markers -- will be combined.
Saturday's and Sunday's final round of Super Pro competition will pay each winner $5,000.
