This weekend at The Strip at LVMS features BFGoodrich Midnight Mayhem Summer Kickoff Party and $500-to-win bikini contest

 

 

The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway will host the BFGoodrich Midnight Mayhem Summer Kickoff Party Friday at 10 p.m.  Friday's festivities include a $500-to-win bikini contest, Euro Entertainment car show and hip-hop DJs.  The party will run from 10 p.m.-2 a.m. and include street-style racing on the drag strip.

BFGoodrich Midnight Mayhem is the safe alternative to illegal street racing.  Now in its fourth year, BFGoodrich Midnight Mayhem was designed to attract illegal street racers to the safer confines of The Strip at LVMS.  Midnight Mayhem is open to any licensed driver with proof of insurance.  Midnight Mayhem is open to any street-legal car or motorcycle.  Each vehicle must pass an on-site safety inspection before it is allowed to compete.  Certified fire and rescue teams are present at each event.  Alcohol is not allowed and beer is not sold at Midnight Mayhem.  Admission is $10 to race, $5 for spectators.

Bikini contest rules: contestant must wear a bathing suit (lingerie or underwear not allowed).  No nudity or "flashing."  Entrants who have won bikini contests at The Strip at LVMS within the past 12 months are not eligible.

Friday night will begin with a Test 'n' Tune session for all cars and motorcycles at 6 p.m.
