Drag racers based in Henderson, Nevada dominated the Feb. 11-13 National Open weekend at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, winning four of seven finals. The weekend’s biggest winner, Henderson’s Justin Lamb, won the final rounds of eliminations in the Combo and Super Pro classes.

Doug Carter of Henderson won the Pro final and Jeff Jackson, also from Henderson, won the Super Street class.

Final-round results:

SUPER COMP: Scott Karsten (Albuquerque, New Mex.) defeated James Earl (Boulder City).

SUPER GAS: Rick Beckstrom (Novato, Calif.) defeated Chris Naffziger (Las Vegas).

SUPER STREET: Jeff Jackson (Henderson) defeated Kelli Cox (Peoria, Ariz.).

COMBO: Justin Lamb (Henderson) defeated Robert Kruzen (Las Vegas).

TOP COMP: Moe Trujillo (Happy Valley, Ore.) defeated Matt Rhoades (Lake Havasu, Ariz.).

SUPER PRO: Justin Lamb (Henderson) defeated Dallas Glenn (Covington, Wash.).

PRO: Doug Carter (Henderson) defeated Ty Sanders (Las Vegas).
