Saturday evening’s Double Down In The Desert doubleheader featuring the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and Champ Car World Series is guaranteed to end with a bang – literally – as a giant fireworks show will immediately follow the Hurricane Relief 400.

“Our guests will want to be sure to stay until the end of the show as we promise to present the biggest fireworks show Las Vegas has seen, short of its annual New Year’s celebration,” said Chris Powell, LVMS’ general manager. "It will be spectacular, and the perfect end to an exciting evening of auto racing."

Saturday’s Las Vegas 350 for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series is schedule to start at 6:15 p.m. The Champ Car World Series Hurricane Relief 400 is slated to begin at approximately 8:30 p.m. The fireworks show will begin as the checkered flag falls on the Hurricane Relief 400.

Tickets for Double Down In The Desert are available at the LVMS ticket office or by calling (702) 644-4444.
