Kevin Burke, star of the hit Broadway show, Defending the Caveman, will host the roast of 2009 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion Jimmie Johnson Wednesday at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Burke - star of the longest-running solo play in Broadway history - will join the Chase for the Sprint Cup drivers as they get the opportunity to take their best comedic shots at four-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion Jimmie Johnson in the Blackjack Club at LVMS.

Burke replaces comedian Carrot Top, who is unable to host due to a family emergency. Defending the Caveman currently is playing at the Excalibur Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

Tickets for the roast are available by making a $250 tax-deductible donation to Speedway Children's Charities. Tickets may be purchased at www.LVMS.com or by calling LVMS at (800) 644-4444.  A reception for roast attendees and a brief appearance by the Chase drivers will precede the roast.

The roast is just one part of the Chasers for Charity Fanfest.

The Fanfest - which is free to all fans of all ages - will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Neon Garage in the speedway's infield. It will feature live music, displays of the Chase drivers' cars, a Q&A session with NASCAR legend Dale Jarrett (hosted by ESPN's Jamie Little) and an autograph session with Miss Sprint Cup.

The Richard Petty Driving Experience will be hosting charity rides throughout the day for fans. RPDE will be offering three-lap rides for $109 and $50 from each ride will benefit Speedway Children's Charities.
