Aug. 22 was a good night for divisional leaders at The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, and all 11 classes remained the same at the top after the season's ninth weekend of racing at the 3/8-mile track.

Five-time track champion Scott Gafforini (NASCAR Super Late Models), Jason Kiser (NASCAR Super Stocks) and Aaron McMorran (NASCAR Bombers) all maintained their points leads in three of the four NASCAR classes and will head into September's four races looking to finish off their 2015 Bullring seasons with track championships. Gafforini, the track's all-time winningest driver with 61 victories, leads Dennis Rock Jr. 450-416, while Kiser holds a 417-399 lead over Matt Larsen and McMorran has a five-point cushion over defending Bombers champion Martin Sullins.

Peyton Saxton maintained a large lead in the USLCI Legends-Pro class despite missing Saturday night's race and stands 122 points clear of Bryan Grandin heading into September. Michael Todd Glazier holds a narrow margin (470-464) over Randy Beddow in the USLCI Legends-Master division, Devin Lane leads Brian Williams 424-414 in the USLCI Legends-Semi-Pro class and Cameron Morga remains atop the USLCI Legends-Young Lions division with a 490-466 lead over four-time track champion Caden Carlin.

Ian Anderson's sixth USLCI Thunder Cars victory of the season helped him widen his lead to 400-360 over second-place Chris Bosley, while Kyle Jacks leads Philip Root 524-504 in the USLCI O'Hanley's Bandolero Outlaws division. R.J. Smotherman won again in the USLCI O'Hanley's Bandolero Bandits class and leads Ethan DeGuevara 548-512 in the points race.

The NASCAR Grand American Modifieds division did not compete on Aug. 22, but has races both nights on Labor Day weekend on Sept. 5 and 6. Jason Irwin will carry a slim 298-293 lead over Doug Hamm into those races as he looks for a second consecutive track championship.

The NASCAR Whelen All-American Series resumes on Saturday, Sept. 5, with the first of two consecutive full nights of racing. Only four more race nights remain before The Bullring's Championship Night on Sept. 26, where season track titles will be determined.

The Sept. 5 slate will include NASCAR Super Late Models, Bombers and Grand American Modifieds, as well as USLCI Legend Cars, Thunder Cars and O'Hanley's Bandoleros. In addition, USAC HPD Midget Series racers and Southwest Tour Trucks will take to the paved oval as well.

One of the most affordable entertainment options in Las Vegas, the Bullring's annual series will feature family friendly concession prices that include $2 hot dogs and Coca-Cola products and $3 Budweiser beer. Spectators can also save money by purchasing admission tickets in advance by visiting or calling the LVMS ticket office at 702.644.4444 or online at LVMS.com.
