Eight of the 12 divisional points leaders at The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway used the Keith Danser Kids Candy Toss presented by Whelen Engineering as a chance to widen their points leads on Saturday night.

Justin Johnson took the NASCAR Super Late Models 40-lap feature - his 48th career Bullring win on Saturday nights - to gain seven points on six-time track champion and all-time wins leader Scott Gafforini. Johnson, a two-time track champ in search of his first season title since a 2008 USLCI Thunder Cars crown, leads Gafforini 212-204 in the tight points race heading into the final two race weekends of the 2016 season.

Sam Jacks used a pair of second-place finishes in the NASCAR Bombers class twin 25s to extend his lead over Michael Greve to 261-205, while Vinny Raucci Jr. used a NASCAR Grand American Modifieds victory to expand his lead over Peyton Saxton to 138-124. Cameron Morga's Saturday night win boosted his USLCI Legends-Pro division lead to 214-189 over Tyler Fabozzi, and Michael Todd Glazier (USLCI Legends-Masters), Brian Williams (USLCI Legends-Semi-Pro), R.J. Smotherman (USLCI Bandolero Bandits) and Robert Smotherman (Skid plate cars) also widened their leads over the weekend.

Kayla Eshleman won the USLCI Bandolero Outlaws feature to regain the class' points lead from Camden Larsen and leads Larsen 186-180 with two races remaining. Four-time track champion Caden Carlin is back atop the USLCI Legends-Young Lions division with a 185-164 lead over Dezel West after West missed the weekend race while competing elsewhere.

Chris Bosley closed the gap in the USLCI Thunder Cars points battle with leader Travis Boyle by winning on Saturday night, and Boyle holds a 203-201 lead heading into the track's next event, Back to School Night on Sept. 10. NASCAR Super Stocks points leader Don Sargent lost some ground to second-place Matt Larsen after Larsen's second win of the season, but still leads the points race with a 183-161 advantage.

All drivers will be able to drop their worst performance from the 2016 season, making the Sept. 24 Championship Night even more exciting in the close points races. Track champions will be crowned that night after a full slate of racing.

One of the most affordable entertainment options in Las Vegas, the Bullring features family friendly concession prices that include $2 hot dogs and Coca-Cola products and $3 Budweiser beer.
