The annual Bob Tallman Wrangler National Finals Rodeo Bowling Tournament will be held on Saturday, Dec. 8 at the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. The proceeds will benefit the Las Vegas Chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities and the Justin Boots Cowboy Crisis Fund. Bob Tallman, the voice of professional rodeo and event chair, will be at the event to meet fans. WNFR participants and celebrities will bowl together, with one celebrity team member assigned to each lane.

Registration will begin at 11 a.m., with bowling at noon and awards at 2 p.m. A silent auction will take place from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Participants may save money by registering in advance. Teams of four may sign up for $135, or $150 after Nov. 16. Teams will receive two games of bowling, shoe rental, a goody bag, a t-shirt and lunch for each team member.

Individual bowlers may register for $35, or $45 after the Nov. 16 deadline.

Businesses and individuals are invited to participate as an event sponsor for $300. Sponsors will receive: listing as sponsor of one bowling lane, entry of one four-person team in the tournament, one celebrity team member, their corporate logo on a banner above the pins on the sponsored lane, the opportunity to provide product sampling and/or promotional material in player goody bags and a free t-shirt and lunch for each player.

Making a difference in a child's life is the focus of Speedway Children's Charities. SCC strives to do this in collaboration with the non-profit organizations it supports nationwide. Individually, SCC's local chapters identify the needs of children in their communities and award grants to organizations that address them. Last December, the Las Vegas Chapter of Speedway Children's Charities granted $260,000 to 46 local children's causes during its annual grant distribution ceremony.
