Las Vegas Motor Speedway will host Redline Time Attack – featuring some of the fastest tuner cars in the country – this weekend on the track’s outer road course.
Redline Time Attack allows enthusiasts of all backgrounds to not only watch racing, but to race in their own cars on some of the fastest courses in the country. The event also will feature a car show, autograph session with pro drivers, giveaways, the Miss Redline Spokes Model Contest and more. Gates open each day at 8 a.m. and racing begins at 8:30 a.m. Fans may purchase a single-day spectator pass for $20 or a weekend pass for $30.
Racers can register their car in one of four distinct classes including enthusiast, street tire, modified and super modified. Participants will race in time sessions on Friday and Saturday and will compete in side-by-side racing on Sunday.
“Our race teams are going to enjoy the 2.2-mile circuit as it presents a number of challenges,” said Nikolas Malechikos, president and co-founder of Redline Time Attack. “We expect the competition to be extremely close as a result of the unique course design. The facility at LVMS allows us to host an event that will make the spectator and fan experience uniquely entertaining.”
