The superspeedway is also home to various driving schools, including the Richard Petty Driving Experience, Dream Racing and Exotics Racing.

Rules + Policies

Rain Policy:

In the case of a rained out NASCAR event, ticketholders will be allowed to use their ticket only on the day of the rescheduled event. No refunds.

Bag/Backpack Policy:

Backpacks or any bag being carried in must be smaller than 18 x 18 x 6 inches.

Prohibited Items:

  • Outside food and beverage including alcohol (small consumables are permitted).
  • Smoking is prohibited in grandstand seating areas
  • Umbrellas
  • Coolers
  • Stadium seats wider than 18 inches
  • Illegal drugs
  • Fires, Grills, Fireworks
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Folding chairs
  • Glass or can containers
  • Scaffolds
  • Pets (except service animals assisting those with disabilities)
  • Noisemakers, horns, balloons, beach balls and kites
  • Radio controlled devices such as, but not limited to: airplanes, helicopters, drones, etc.
  • Others items in the judgment of speedway management or security staff which pose a safety hazard or diminish the enjoyment of the event by other patrons

Parking

Lot 7 - Preffered Parking
Parking lot clears first after the Checkered Flag with a dedicated exit lane.Tailgate Parties are permitted depending on size, may need to purchase additional space. RV Parking is permitted in the back row if space allows. Must purchase additional space if RV is too big. Arrival to Lot 7 via Interstate 15 ONLY

Follow I-15 North to exit 54 - Speedway Blvd.This is a 3-lane ramp. Use the LEFT LANE or CENTER LANE on the exit ramp. DO NOT use the far right lane. Stay in your lane on the exit ramp until you pass through the intersection into Blue lot. Following the Lot 7 signs, proceed on the paved road in either of the designated lanes to Lot 7. When you make the right turn for Lot 7, proceed south through the opening in the concrete blocks. The parking attendants will check your Lot 7 pass and direct you to your space. Note: Vehicles with handicap placards or plates should park in Section "A".

Blue Lot
Accessible only from Interstate 15. This lot is recommended for fans seated in Sections 2-3-4. Parking in this area is free.

Brown Lot
Accessible only fromLas Vegas Boulevard (northbound traffic) using Entry 3. This lot is recommended for fans seated in Section 1 and the Richard Petty Terrace. Parking in this area is free.

Green Lot
Accessible only from Las Vegas Boulevard (northbound traffic) using Entry 1. This lot is recommended for fans seated in Section 1 and the Richard Petty Terrace. Parking in this area is free.

Yellow Lot
Accessible only fromLas Vegas Boulevard (southbound traffic), using Entry 9. This lot is recommended for fans seated in Sections 4L through 9. Parking in this area is free. No RVs or oversized vehicles are allowed in this lot.

Handicapped Lot
Accessible from Interstate 15 or fromHollywood Boulevard. Enter the Blue Lot and follow signs to Handicapped parking lot. A current handicapped placard is required in this area.

Lot 2 (Infield Overflow)
Accessible fromLas Vegas Boulevard (northbound) through Entry 4. Follow signs toLot 2. A credential is required in this area.

Lot 3 (Infield Parking)
Accessible fromLas Vegas Boulevard (northbound) through Entry 4. Follow signs toLot 3. A parking pass is required to enter this area.

Lot 4 (Vegas Club)
Accessible from Hollywood Boulevard using Interstate 15 or Las Vegas Boulevard through Entry 11. Lot 4 parking pass is required in this area.

Lot 5 (VIP Suites)
Accessible from Hollywood Boulevard using Interstate 15 or Las Vegas Boulevard through Entry 10. Lot 5 parking pass is required in this area.

Lot 6 (Hospitality Village)
Accessible only from Interstate 15. Enter the Blue Lot at Exit 54 and follow the signs to Lot 6. Lot 6 parking pass is required for this area. 

Choose a Section to Park

Use the following information to help you decide which Section to park in (A or B). Sections may be identified by looking at the light tower signage.

Section A
Shortest walk to the grandstands but the last section to empty after the event. LVMS recommends parking in this section if you want the shortest walk to the grandstands and don't mind waiting about ½ hour for the pedestrians to make it back to their cars.

Section B
Slightly longer walk to the grandstands but the first section to be empty after the event. LVMS recommends parking in this section if getting out of the parking lot quickly is your goal.

Departure from Las Vegas Motor Speedway

Vehicles with Lot7 passes will be directed south out of the lot using Parking Gates 12 and 13. Do not attempt to exit Lot 7 by travelling north where you entered, because these gates will be blocked until Lot7 clears.

Section A
Vehicles will be directed out of Parking Gate 12, left onSpeedway Blvd, then right for access thru theSpeedwayCommerceCenter. From there left onHollywood Blvd and south toLas Vegas Blvd. Once onLas Vegas Blvd, use the shoulder lane all the way south to Craig Rd. Turn right onCraig Rd and it will take you to I-15.

Section B
Vehicles will be directed out of Parking Gate 13 westbound onto Speedway Blvd. for direct access to I-15 south. Please keep in mind that access to I-15 north is not permitted at exit 54.To access I-15 north, take I-15 south and get off at the first exit (215 Beltway). You can then re-enter I-15 north by turning left on Range Rd. (Tip: If you are traveling to the Strip, consider taking the 215 Beltway, approximately 8 miles, to US 95 south. Simply take 95 south to I-15 south and exit nearest your Strip location
