With NASCAR Nextel Cup and Busch Series testing completed, the drivers are ready to come back in March on NASCAR Weekend to race each other on the new track.  The new 20-degree banking in the turns has increased speeds, causing NASCAR to throw a wild card into the mix: smaller fuel cells to create more pit stops.

Here's what some of the drivers said about the renovated Las Vegas Motor Speedway 1.5-mile superspeedway and its 20-degree banked turns:

NASCAR Nextel Cup Series driver Reed Sorenson - "The new track is a lot faster.  It's a lot faster with the new asphalt and it looks like the second groove is coming in, so it should be alright.  I think it'll be good racing (in March)."

Three-time IndyCar champion and 2006 Indianapolis 500 winner Sam Hornish - "The track is fast and a lot of fun.  The bumps down in Turns 1 and 2 make it pretty interesting.  I think it's going to be a great place for a race."

Two-time NASCAR Nextel Cup Series champion Tony Stewart - "Perfect. I couldn't have done it better myself. It's just perfect - it's really nice. It's just so fast around the bottom."

Four-time NASCAR Nextel Cup Series champion Jeff Gordon - "I like the banking. I like the configuration and the transition of it.  It's going to make it more challenging for the teams and make for better racing.  As the race (in March) goes on, the outside groove will come in more and more.

NASCAR Nextel Cup Series driver and team owner Michael Waltrip - "I like it a lot.  It's really fast.  The thing I like the most about it the fact that here we are at our first test prior to the first time racing on it and I've already been able to run up high right off the bottom.  It's such that, right off the bat, we're able to run in two or three different lines and that'll make for good racing."

Seven-time Formula 1 winner and Raybestos Rookie-of-the-Year challenger Juan-Pablo Montoya - "It's a pretty fast race track.  I'm amazed how fast it is.  I'm not even touching the brakes, all the way around."

Las Vegas' Kyle Busch - "To me, it feels pretty good out there. The race track is real nice."

NASCAR's 1999 Nextel Cup Series champion Dale Jarrett - "I like it.  There are a few bumps here and there, but that's just what you learn about the race track.  It is extremely fast and we've already got multiple grooves out there and that's a really good thing.  It should be beneficial to good racing when we come back (in March for NASCAR Weekend)."

NASCAR Busch Series rookie Brad Coleman - "This is my first time at Las Vegas ever," said Coleman.  "There's a lot of banking and it's really fast.  I am actually having a blast.
