Race fans can take advantage of a two-for-one deal at the Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway this Saturday night. Anyone who brings a ticket stub from the July 3 Night of Fire can get two tickets for the price of one. Fans will get plenty of racing action this weekend highlighted by a 40-lap Super Late Model race. Chuck Trickle remains in the point lead in the Super Late Model division after a third place finish on July 3. Scott Gafforini is second and trails Trickle by 33 points in the point standings (527-494). Mike Cofer is in third with 477 points. Late Models (25 laps), Chargers (25 laps), Legends Cars (20 laps), Thunder Roadsters presented by Tri-State Petroleum and VP Racing Fuels (20 laps), and Bandolero Cars (10 laps) will also take to the track Saturday night. A 50-lap Bullring Bombers race will cap off the evening. Other current point leaders for the 2003 season are Glen Burke (Late Models), Don Sargent (Chargers), Michael Fredericks (Pro Legends), Rick Rogas (Master Legends), Alex Haase (Semi-Pro Legends), Dave Green (Thunder Roadsters), Kyle Huender (Bandoleros), and Darren Rollins (Bombers). Junior race fans can register for the Bullring Pit Crew Kids Club at any weekly series this season. The program is free to children ages 5-12. Spectator gates open at 6 p.m. with qualifying at 6:20 and racing at 7:15. General admission is $10 for adults, $8 for senior citizens/military personnel and $3 for children ages 6-12. Children five and under are free. Pit gates open at 3:30 p.m. Admission for NASCAR members is $20 and $25 for non-members.
