Bullring fans also wanting to catch this Saturday night's NASCAR race from Bristol will have no trouble seeing both races this weekend.

In order to accommodate fans wanting to watch the NASCAR Nextel Cup Sharpie 500, the Bullring will have a television displaying the race under the grandstands as part of the Bristol Bash. Fans also should study their knowledge of racing at Bristol as trivia answers will be rewarded with prizes throughout the night.

The evening will be packed with racing as the NASCAR Dodge Weekly Series will run six feature events. The night will include City Mortgage Services Late Models (30 lap twin features), IMCA Modifieds (30 laps), Delta Gunite Legends (25 laps), 7-Eleven Bullring Bombers (40 laps) and Bandoleros (TBA).

Pit gates will open at 3:30 p.m.  Spectator gates open at 5 p.m. Qualifying is scheduled for 6 p.m. with opening ceremonies at 7:15 p.m.

The Bullring has joined forces with Green Flag Recycling and will be accepting used cell phones.  There will be a collection box located at the main ticket gate.  All proceeds from the recycled phones will benefit The Las Vegas Chapter of Speedway Children's Charities.

Fans who attended Keith Danser Kids' Candy Toss on August 10 may redeem their Bring-Your Buddies Bonanza coupons for $5 off the regular adult admission price.  Adult general admission is $10.  Admission for senior citizens, military personnel with ID and college students with ID is $8.  Children 6-12 are $5 and kids five and under are free.  A Family Four Pack may be purchased for $24.  The Crazy 8s package is also available this season which offers race fans eight tickets for $8 each.
