Vince Budano of Hicksville, N.Y., earned $20,000 by beating Steve Paulauskis to the finish line in the heads-up, East-vs.-West Pro Street Shootout during the Pacific Street Car Aassociation's (PSCA) Street Car Super Nationals at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Despite a slower reaction time, Budano's 1968 Camaro outran Paulauskis' 2004 Cavalier 6.391 sec./220.73 mph to 6.512 sec./216.27 mph.  Budano also earned the weekend's No. 1 Qualifier status (6.399 sec./220.48 mph).
