All reserved seats for Sunday's elimination rounds of the ACDelco Las Vegas NHRA Nationals have been sold, it was announced Thursday by Las Vegas Motor Speedway officials.

A few reserved seats remain for qualifying rounds on Friday and Saturday. General admission seating is still available for all three days.

"The NHRA events in Las Vegas have been some of the most well-attended events on the NHRA schedule each year, and this year is no different," said LVMS general manager Chris Powell. "It's a testament to the strong fan support of the NHRA and the draw of a world-class facility in a great destination that this event has maintained a high level of success.

"But just because the reserved seats are sold out on Sunday doesn't mean we don't have good seats available. Our general-admission seating is some of the best in the sport. The seats are as close to the starting line as the reserved seats, and our pedestrian tunnel under The Strip allows for easy access to the pit areas."

Racing begins for the professional categories with the first two rounds of qualifying on Friday. Qualifying continues on Saturday, and eliminations are set for 11 a.m. Sunday. For tickets, call 1-800-644-4444 or log on to
