Super Chevy Show (March 19-21) - The Super Chevy Show returns to The Strip and its title says it all. If you like Chevrolets, this is your show. The three-day celebration of the beloved bow-tie includes an all-Chevrolet car show, swap meet, autocross and drag racing. Add exhibition runs by wheelstanders and jet cars and the 30th annual Super Chevy Show (www.SuperChevyShow.com) is not to be missed. The event kicks off on March 19 with the Original Parts Group Cruise to Vegas, starting in Los Angeles and ending at The Strip at LVMS to kick off the weekend.

Mopars At The Strip (March 26-28) - After the Chevrolets vacate the premises, it's time for the Mopar lovers to take over The Strip at LVMS.  Aficionados of the Chrysler, DeSoto, Plymouth and Dodge brands gather in Las Vegas each year to celebrate all things Mopar (short for MOtor PARts, the service arm of the Chrysler Corporation). Chrysler and Chrysler-powered cars from every decade will take center stage in the drags, car show, swap meet and vendor midway. Mopar fans may also meet celebrities, retired superstar drivers and examine restored nostalgia race cars at the weekend-long Chrysler fest. At night, the party scene switches to the Cannery Hotel & Casino at 2121 Craig Road for classic rock concerts. (Learn more about Mopars At The Strip at www.MoparsAtTheStrip.com.)

PSCA K&N Filters Racin' For Jason Nationals (May 1-2) - The Pacific Street Car Association (www.PSCAracing.com) delivers its unique brand of thrilling, heads-up (first man to the finish line wins) drag racing to The Strip at LVMS several times each year. Doorslammer speeds in excess of 230 mph have become common as the supercharged or turbocharged stock-appearing cars carry the front wheels down the track. Clint Hairston of Bakersfield broke the PSCA Pro Street speed record twice during the last meet at The Strip at LVMS (Jan. 30-31) with his wolf-in-sheep's-clothing tangerine-hued GTO. The next PSCA event at The Strip at LVMS is the K&N Filters Racin' For Jason Nationals on May 1-2.

Rockabilly Rod Reunion & NHRA Heritage Series (May 28-30) - The popular Rockabilly Rod Reunion - born in 2004 at The Strip at LVMS - returns in 2010 and is paired with the NHRA Heritage Series. The traditional hot rod and custom car show features 10 live bands, nostalgia drag racing, appearances by pin-up superstar Sabina Kelly, a burnout contest, the world-famous pin-up girl contest, cruising, the Jason Beam Pinstriper Showdown, pompadour contest and DJs. Bo Huff's Ultimate Garage Party takes place all weekend in the superspeedway's fabulous Neon Garage. Keep abreast of the proceedings at www.RockabillyRodReunion.com.

Formula Drift (Aug. 20-21) - The premier drifting series (www.FormulaD.com) returns to Las Vegas Aug. 20-21 with the world's top drift stars from Japan, Europe and the U.S. It's sideways-drivin', tire-smokin' action for prize money and bragging rights. Add the bikini contest and huge manufacturer midway and it's the No. 1 event of the year for import and drifting fans.

Dodge Midnight Mayhem - Dodge Midnight Mayhem is The Strip's safe alternative to illegal street racing. Now in its ninth season, Dodge Midnight Mayhem is open to any licensed driver with proof of insurance, driving any street-legal car or motorcycle. Midnight Mayhem is held on select Friday nights throughout the year and gives novice racers a safe place to race their cars - on the same drag strip that John Force, Tony Schumacher and Jeg Coughlin compete on during NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series national events.
