NASCAR announced on Monday the start times for the 2018 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, including both races at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

The March 4 Pennzoil 400 presented by Jiffy Lube - which will anchor LVMS' first of two tripleheader weekends - will begin at 12:30 p.m. Pacific Time and will be broadcast live on FOX. The green flag will drop at the speedway's fall MENCS race - which will kick off the 2018 NASCAR Playoffs on Sept. 16 - at noon and will appear on NBC Sports Network.

Both races can also be heard live via the radio on Performance Racing Network (PRN) as well.

The Pennzoil 400 presented by Jiffy Lube is part of LVMS' first tripleheader weekend of 2018, which will also include Stratosphere Pole Day and a NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race on Friday, March 2, and continue with the Boyd Gaming 300 NASCAR Xfinity Series race on Saturday, March 3. The September MENCS race will be preceded by a NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race on Friday, Sept. 14, and a NASCAR Xfinity Series race on Saturday, Sept. 15.

LVMS will be the first track in NASCAR history to host two tripleheader weekends in the same calendar year in 2018.

Race fans can already lock in their tickets to both LVMS tripleheaders and capitalize on discounted prices for buying annual passes for all six NASCAR races. The track's 2018 six-pack of events will show off a number of enhancements the track has planned for the coming months as well.
