LVMS Security Officer (Part-Time)
Las Vegas Motor Speedway is seeking enthusiastic candidates for our track security department.
Prior security experience is preferred but not required. Security officers are responsible for patrolling a
1,000 + acre sports entertainment complex. Applicants must be fluent in English and have the ability to
use a computer. Officers will receive training in report writing and are expected to write legible reports.
Available positions are part-time with potential for growth into full-time.
Applicants will be required to pass a background check and must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
Note: A Guard Card is not required to join the LVMS Security team.

Ticketing Supervisor (Part-Time)
The Ticket Supervisor will be responsible for the management of all credential sales for The Bullring and Drag Strip (non-national) events. This individual will hire, train and manage an effective team with the purpose of selling all credentials to drivers and crew for racing events. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and highly energized professional who leads by example, possesses exceptional customer service, and has the ability to manage staff during events.
Hire, train and schedule all support staff with the task of handling racing credential sales for designated events
On-hand supervisor during events overseeing the entire credential program and supportive staff with post-event reconciliation
Order and manage all cash needed for event day
Set-up and tear down of the computers and printers for all events
Order and maintain all inventory of credential wristbands, passes, and ticket stock
Maintain accurate records of all sales and inventory control for all credential events
Provide the highest level of customer service
Attend any pre and post-event meetings to ensure a successful event day operation
At least 3 years of experience in selling tickets
Knowledge of Archtics strongly recommended
Previous experience managing a team with a proven track record for success
Excellent time management, organization, and customer service skills
Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work irregular and long work hours including weekends
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
Knowledge of and interest in the motorsports industry a plus

Event Security (Part-Time)
Want to become a member of the LVMS' Event Security team? LVMS is looking for individuals to work as part-time security officers during the various events we have throughout the year. Event Security provides security for the Bullring, Drag Strip and Superspeedway events, as well as various track rentals at LVMS. If you enjoy working outdoors and with people, this is the job for you.

Neon Knights (Volunteer)
Become a volunteer member of the Neon Knights during our next NASCAR Weekend at Las Vegas Motor Speedway!
The Neon Knights is a volunteer group that works at Las Vegas Motor Speedway during both NASCAR weekends. The Neon Knights help with crowd control during pre-race ceremonies, provide pit stall and garage security, and help with security during the race and victory lane celebrations. Experience the sensation of being near the drivers and race cars — an experience many can only dream of. Meals and drinks are provided during your work time, and all Knights receive a t-shirt and hat to wear at the events.
