The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway is gearing up for another adrenaline-fueled year as the Summit Racing Equipment Mayhem Street-Legal Drags return as part of an action-packed 2026 drag racing season featuring nearly year-round competition, test sessions and marquee racing events.

The popular Friday night event gives drivers the chance to take their own street-legal vehicles down a professional drag strip in a safe, controlled environment. Open to a wide range of cars and experience levels, Mayhem Street-Legal Drags continue to be a favorite for local racers and fans alike.

All Summit Racing Equipment Mayhem Street-Legal Drags events run from 6:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

With multiple opportunities throughout the year, Summit Racing Equipment Mayhem Street-Legal Drags provide a unique way for drivers to experience the thrill of drag racing on a world-class surface.

Originating over 21 years ago, Summit Racing Equipment Mayhem has significantly reduced the number of street racing incidents on Las Vegas Valley roadways and has gained support from local law enforcement.

To participate in this night of high-speed action, participants must drive their cars to the track. The vehicle must be licensed and registered with street-legal treaded tires. One ride-along passenger is permitted with the driver if the vehicle runs 14 seconds or slower. Event start times vary by month.

Note: The Ticket Office Closes at 10:30 P.M. for all Mayhem events.
