Tire smoke, custom horsepower and Vegas nightlife collide this Labor Day weekend as Las Vegas Showdown returns to Las Vegas Motor Speedway Friday, Sept. 4, and Saturday, Sept. 5, bringing another weekend of automotive entertainment to The Strip at LVMS.
The weekend begins Friday evening with Burnout Night, kicking off the festivities with tire-shredding burnout runs under the lights from top drivers and high-powered vehicles. Doors open at 6 p.m., with activities continuing through 10:30 p.m.
Saturday will serve as the Las Vegas Showdown Main Show Event, with doors opening at 1 p.m. and activities running until 10:30 p.m. The day will feature custom trucks, cars, and side-by-sides; burnout drivers; live music; vendors; awards; and family-friendly activities.
In addition to the vehicle displays and burnout competitions, Saturday will offer ride-along opportunities for those looking to experience the excitement from inside the pit. Attendees can also explore the vendor area, enjoy live music and take in the custom builds throughout the show.
Las Vegas Showdown will offer something for automotive enthusiasts and families alike, from Friday night’s burnout showcase to Saturday’s full-day celebration. Tickets are available now. Visit www.lvms.com for ticket links and additional event information.
