Las Vegas Motor Speedway is kicking off the 2026 Fall NASCAR Chase Weekend with a full day of activities on Friday, Oct. 2, giving fans plenty of ways to experience the speedway before NASCAR’s top series take to the track Saturday and Sunday.
Friday’s activities begin at 9 AM with parking lots opening, while RV check-in will be available from 9 AM to 9 PM. Fans can enjoy free admission to the Fan Zone from 10 AM to 2 PM, featuring entertainment and activities ahead of the weekend’s racing action.
At noon, NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series haulers will begin entering the speedway, giving fans an early look at the teams preparing for Saturday’s Focused Health 302 NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series Chase Race.
The NASCAR Cup Series Hauler Parade will then take over the roads surrounding Las Vegas Motor Speedway at 2:30 PM. The parade is free and open to the public, giving fans the opportunity to see the Cup Series haulers make their way around the speedway.
Friday evening shifts to The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway for a full night of grassroots and regional racing, along with several special moments honoring Las Vegas native Kyle Busch. At 5:20 PM, the Busch family will attend the dedication of a Kyle Busch Memorial Rock in The Bullring’s park, creating a permanent tribute to Busch’s connection to the facility and his roots in short-track racing.
Gates open at 4 PM, with racing beginning at 5 PM with the Bandoleros Main Events, featuring two 12-lap races.
The night’s opening ceremonies begin at 5:30 PM, followed by the ARCA Menards Series West race at 6:10 PM. The 151-lap event will bring some of the region’s top up-and-coming drivers to the 3/8-mile Bullring.
At 7:20 PM, the Kyle Busch Classic presented by Star Nursery takes center stage with the Spears CARS Tour West Pro Late Models competing in a 118-lap feature. As part of the evening’s celebration, Busch’s son, Brexton, will wave the green flag to start the CARS Tour West Pro Late Model race, while Brexton and his sister, Lennix, will take part in the driver command.
The evening will continue with the Legends 30-lap race at 8:30 PM, followed by the Spears CARS Tour West Limited Late Models 75-lap race at 9:10 PM. NASCAR Modifieds will close out the night with a 30-lap race at 10 PM.
In addition to the racing action, fans can also participate in the Brendan Gaughan Celebrity Blackjack Tournament at South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa beginning at 5 PM. The event brings racing personalities and celebrities together for an evening benefiting Speedway Children’s Charities.
Fans looking to honor Kyle Busch during the weekend are also invited to bring a small memento to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway Gift Shop, where a special display will be available for fans to leave their tributes and celebrate Busch’s career and connection to the speedway.
With free daytime activities, the NASCAR Cup Series Hauler Parade, special Kyle Busch tributes and a packed night of racing at The Bullring, Friday offers fans a full day of entertainment as Las Vegas Motor Speedway gets the 2026 Fall NASCAR Chase Weekend underway.
