The roar of NASCAR engines will collide with the powerhouse vocals of rock music superstar Jonathan Davis, lead vocalist and founding member of the two time-Grammy Award-winning band Korn, who has been named Grand Marshal of the Pennzoil 400 - presented by Jiffy Lube at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Sunday, March 15.

As Grand Marshal, Davis will deliver the most anticipated words in motorsports, bringing the intensity of alt-rock/metal to NASCAR's Cup Series at LVMS.

"Our concerts are loud, fast, and full of chaos, which sounds a lot like a NASCAR race," Davis said. "I'm excited to jump into that world and soak up the energy of the track in Las Vegas."

Davis' career spans more than three decades and represents one of the most influential brands in modern rock. As a major creative force behind Korn, he helped pioneer a heavier, more introspective sound that reshaped the genre, following the release of the band's self-titled debut album. Now with over 40 million albums sold worldwide and multiple Grammy Awards, Korn continues to push the limits of rock, alternative, and metal, while remaining a pillar of influence for legions of fans and generations of artists around the globe.

"Jonathan Davis is a cultural icon whose passion and intensity align perfectly with the energy of NASCAR racing," said Patrick Lindsey, General Manager of Las Vegas Motor Speedway. "The Pennzoil 400 is all about big moments, and having Jonathan as our Grand Marshal is going to set the tone for an unforgettable race day."

Davis is celebrated for his ability to shift seamlessly between aggressive screams and melodic vocals, adding dramatic intensity to Korn's music and live shows. This artistry mirrors the adrenaline, precision, and drama of NASCAR racing, making him a perfect fit as Grand Marshal for the Pennzoil 400.

Adding to an already monumental spring in Las Vegas, Korn will also take the stage at the Sick New World Festival, returning to the Las Vegas Festival Grounds on Saturday, April 25. Korn is among the most anticipated acts of the weekend as the festival lineup features some of hard rock, metal, industrial, and alternative music's biggest names, including System Of A Down, Bring Me The Horizon, Evanescence, Marilyn Manson, Danny Elfman, Knocked Loose, Ministry, AFI, and many more. Fans will have the opportunity to see Davis take part in pre-race festivities ahead of the green flag on Sunday, March 15, as the NASCAR Cup Series drivers battle it out under the Nevada sun.
