Military & Veterans Appreciation Night Returns At The Bullring
The Bullring presented by Star Nursery returns this Saturday for its fifth Star Nursery Championship Series Race of the season at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
All military personnel and veterans will be honored during our annual “Military & Veterans Appreciation Night” race at The Bullring with free admission for up to four family members with a valid ID.
Fans visiting The Bullring this weekend will be treated to the best short-track racing competition on the West Coast as well as fun activities and prize giveaways. This weekend’s honor guard will be a joint venture of the QM/ADJ VFW Post 36 - Boulder City, NV VFW Nevada Truck Co and 23rd Marines. Bullring favorite Sahara Glazer with perform the national anthem. Drivers in this weekend’s race will display pictures of their military and veteran families during the on-track autograph session.
Seven divisions will compete on the track for 237 laps of racing. The evening will include a double Super Stocks feature, 60-lap Pro Late Model Feature, a 30-lap 602 Modified feature, and races for US Legend Cars, Bandoleros, Skid Plates, and more.
Spectator gates open Saturday at 5 p.m., big wheel races and a driver autograph session will be held at 5:45 pm, opening ceremonies and the national anthem start at 6:50 p.m., and races will begin at 7:05 p.m.
