Fans attending this Saturday's DC Solar 350 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway will have a great chance to get up close and personal with their favorite drivers.
Several NCWTS drivers are participating in an autograph session in the LVMS Fan Engagement Area outside the main grandstands from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Pacific Time between practice and qualifying sessions. The session's driver list includes inaugural Chase grid qualifiers Johnny Sauter, Ben Kennedy, William Byron, John Hunter Nemechek, Christopher Bell and Daniel Hemric, as well as NCWTS drivers Spencer Gallagher, Grant Enfinger, Tyler Reddick, Tommy Joe Martins, Cameron Hayley, Ben Rhodes and Rico Abreu.
The driver autograph session is being moved from the Neon Garage to the Fan Engagement Area to help anchor "350 Fest," a dynamic and action-packed day of activities at the 1.5-mile speedway. The second annual LVMS Show & Shine car show presented by Star Nursery - which will benefit the Las Vegas chapter of Speedway Children's Charities - takes place in the FEA from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. and will be surrounded by everything from a petting zoo, pet adoption area and kids zone to live entertainment, a beer garden and food trucks.
In addition, LVMS has extended the track's start/finish line through the FEA, so fans can add their autographs to the line during their visit. Fans are encouraged to come early and stay late at LVMS, and all activities in the FEA are free for everyone.
The green flag for the DC Solar 350 drops at 5:30 p.m., and fireworks will follow immediately after the checkered flag is waved at the conclusion of the 146-lap race. Practice sessions are scheduled for 8:30-9:30 a.m. and 10-11 a.m., and qualifying begins at 3:10 p.m.
Race tickets are available online at LVMS.com or by calling 1-800-644-4444. All ticket buyers will have free access to the Neon Garage throughout the course of race day, and children 12 and under get a free general admission ticket when accompanying a paid adult.
