Speedway Children’s Charities Las Vegas Chapter is revving up for the 12th annual Laps for Charity, returning to Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Sunday, February 15, from 8 A.M. to 4 P.M., with an exciting new addition of a car show experience free to spectators.
NASCAR fans and car enthusiasts will once again have the opportunity to drive their own street-legal vehicles on the 1.5-mile Las Vegas Motor Speedway Superspeedway, following a pace car at speeds up to 75 miles per hour. All proceeds benefit local children’s charities through Speedway Children’s Charities.
New for 2026, Laps for Charity expands beyond the track with a car show located in the speedway’s iconic Neon Garage and Turn 4 infield, creating an all-day experience for participants and spectators. Food will also be available for purchase inside the Neon Garage.
Laps for Charity Driving Sessions will take place throughout the day, beginning with Car Club participants from 8 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. (Club presidents must reserve a time slot in advance by calling 702-917-6493). The VIP Concierge Package will run from 12 P.M. to 2:30 P.M., followed by general admission driving sessions from 2:30 P.M. to 4 P.M. Car club and general admission participants will receive five laps on track and complimentary admission to the car show immediately following their driving session, while VIP concierge participants will enjoy seven laps on track along with preferred driving times.
The car show will be held throughout the day and offers two participation options. The Turn 4 Infield Car Show is open to all vehicles with a $40 entry fee and is free for spectators. The Neon Garage Car Show, offered on a limited basis, is open exclusively to vehicles 35 years old and older and features a $100 entry fee. Vehicles in the Neon Garage must remain on display from 8 A.M. to 3 P.M. and will receive exclusive perks, including NASCAR tickets to the March race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
All drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license, and all vehicles must be street-legal. Children riding as passengers must be at least six years old.
Laps for Charity remains one of Speedway Children’s Charities’ signature fundraising events, offering a once-in-a-lifetime experience that supports children in need throughout the Las Vegas community.
