The track will still be hot from the stars of NASCAR when Speedway Children’s Charities takes over the speedway for the annual Laps for Charity. The annual event, which allows thrill seekers to drive their personal car on the speedway, will take place March 10.

The event runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the iconic Las Vegas Motor Speedway oval – just one week after the conclusion of the Pennzoil 400. Enthusiasts will have the opportunity to drive their vehicles around the 1.5-mile superspeedway behind a pace car at speeds up to 75 miles per hour.

Laps for Charity participants must be 18 years of age or older and hold a valid license. Car Club entry is available at an exclusive rate of $65 per vehicle for five continuous laps from 8 a.m. to noon. Car Club presidents must schedule their club arrival time with Speedway Children’s Charities. VIP Concierge entry fees consist of $100 per vehicle for seven continuous laps between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. General Admission entry offers five continuous laps at $75 per vehicle from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

All participating vehicles must be street legal and drivers must hold a valid license. All vehicle occupants must be at least six years of age and wear seatbelts. Car clubs and company fleets are welcome to participate. Participants will receive a link to download pictures capturing their experience.

Ensure a seamless experience by paying in advance, as no on-site payments will be accepted. Registration for the event can be found at https://www.speedwaycharities.org/events/las-vegas/laps-for-charity/registration/.
