Las Vegas, Nev. — KHTH, LLC, led by Tim Huddleston and Kevin Harvick, proudly announces the 2026 event schedule for The Bullring Local Racing Series presented by Star Nursery, marking an exciting new chapter for grassroots short track racing in Southern Nevada.
The 2026 season will feature a balanced slate of high-energy weekly racing, special doubleheaders, and nationally recognized touring series, further solidifying the venue’s reputation as one of the premier short-track facilities in the western United States.
2026 Leadership Appointments
In conjunction with the schedule release, KHTH, LLC confirms the following key leadership appointments for the 2026 season:
- Joey Mancari – Race Director
Overseeing competition operations and race management. - Pat Petrie – Technical Director
Responsible for technical inspection, rule enforcement, and compliance across all divisions. - Kevin Terrell – INEX Legends & INEX Bandoleros Inspector
Overseeing technical compliance and inspection for both divisions throughout the season.
