Kick off the South Point 400 weekend at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Friday, October 10, with a full day of free entertainment, exciting racing, and celebrity events. Fans can start in the Fan Zone, open from 11 A.M. – 3 P.M., featuring live music, free beer at the South Point Display, the Budweiser Clydesdales, and a variety of vendors and souvenirs. At 1 P.M., enjoy a performance by Tim Dugger before the action continues with the NASCAR Cup Series Hauler Parade at 3 P.M. The haulers will make a 2.75-mile lap around the Speedway before parking in the Neon Garage. The parade is free and open to the public, with free parking available.
After enjoying the Fan Zone and Hauler Parade, head over to The Bullring for short-track racing action. Gates open at 4 P.M., with racing starting at 6 P.M. Highlights include the SPEARS CARS Tour West, ARCA Menards Series West, and the Star Nursery Classic featuring the HARVICK SHOWDOWN: Kevin vs. Keelan, capped off with a fireworks grand finale.
Fans looking for a unique off-track experience can participate in the Brendan Gaughan Celebrity Blackjack Tournament at 4:30 P.M. at the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa. Attendees will play blackjack alongside NASCAR drivers and other celebrities, while supporting Speedway Children’s Charities. Drivers scheduled to participate this year include:
