OFFICIAL RULES & TERMS OF: 50/50 Raffle benefitting the Las Vegas Chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities (SCC)

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket
Winner has 14 days to claim the prize
Winner is responsible for applicable taxes
Winner does not need to be present to claim prize
SCC and LVMS are not responsible for lost or unreadable tickets
This is NOT a tax deductible contribution
Winner must sign a Liability & Publicity Release form, W-9, Copy of Driver's License & Copy of another form of ID (voters registration, social security card, other ID)
