FAQ

How long does it take to receive my NASCAR Garage & Pit Road Pass invite?

Your electronic invite will be generated and sent as soon as your information has been entered into the system. If you feel like your invite has been delayed, or if you have not received it by the morning of Monday, Sept. 28, please contact Teresa Vesey at [email protected]

How do I complete my registration?

All guests will receive an electronic invite from NASCAR via email or text message to register for their NASCAR Garage & Pit Road Pass. Registration must be completed by Thursday, Oct. 1.

Completing the registration process works best when using a smart phone. Email invites will come from [email protected]* with a link to access NASCAR Garage & Pit Road Pass registration forms. Text invites will come from a phone number with a (386) area code and will contain a link to complete the registration process.

*Email invites may be sent to Junk or SPAM folders, so be sure to check your SPAM.

What should I do if my name is spelled incorrectly on my invite registration form?

If you notice a misspelling in either your first or last name, please do NOT complete the registration form. Contact Teresa Vesey at [email protected] and request the information be updated. Once updated, your invite with be resent with corrected details.

Where and when can I pick up my NASCAR Garage & Pit Road Pass?

Pick up your NASCAR Garage & Pit Road Pass at the LVMS Credential Office located near Entry 3 on Las Vegas Blvd. Please reference the 'Maps' section on this page and the credential hours noted in the Know Before You Go document.

What access do I get with my NASCAR Garage & Pit Road Pass?

This pass gives you access to the NASCAR Cup Series and NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series garages, as well as pit road during the South Point 400 race weekend. Passes are valid Saturday, Oct. 3 and Sunday, Oct. 4. However, some benefits are only available on Sunday, Oct. 4 (see question below for Sunday-specific events).

What is included with an Ultimate Fan Pass?

The following is Included as part of your Ultimate Fan Pass experience:

  • NASCAR Garage & Pit Pass (valid all weekend)
  • Pit Road and NASCAR Cup Series Garage access
  • NASCAR Cup Series Garage Tour (Sunday)
  • Pre-Race Concert and Driver Introduction Access (Sunday)
  • Red Carpet access – see your favorite drivers and VIPs as they make their way to the Driver Intro stage (Sunday)
  • Neon Garage access including Victory Lane viewing area
  • VIP infield parking pass (Lot 3)

Are minors able to receive a NASCAR Garage & Pit Road Pass?

Yes. Minors can receive a NASCAR Garage & Pit Road Pass. Minors will experience restricted access to the garage and pit road areas and must be cleared from these areas 30 minutes prior to all on-track sessions.

What clothing do I need to wear in the garage and pit road areas?

No special clothing requirements are in effect with your Ultimate Fan Pass and NASCAR Garage & Pit Pass. It is not mandatory to wear closed-toe shoes and long pants in the garage and pit road areas but it is HIGHLY recommended out of an abundance of caution.

Where and when do we meet for the Guided Cup Garage Tour?

Meet in the Neon Garage outside of the 'Grandstand Access' entrance to the Pedestrian Tunnel at on Sunday, Oct. 4. The Guided Tour of the Cup Garage will start from that same location at 11 a.m.
